ASST MANAGER - PROJECTS
The candidate should have Interior Decoration Background preferably with Retail Chain Experience. In this connection please find below the Candidate Profile :
1. Candidate : B.E. or Diploma Civil should have 4 to 5 years of experience with execution in Interior / Retail Background.
2. Computer knowledge : MS Office and Auto Cad.
3. Added Knowledge : Experience in sourcing of property for Store and Office.
4. Job Profile : a) Store / Office Fitout Execution, b) Sourcing of Property for Store / Office, c) Taking Site Measurement, d) Preparing Layout for Store / Office, e) Awarding Contract's, f) Preparing comparative quotation, g) preparing Budget / CAPEX for approval, h) Raising WO / PO to vendors, i) Follow up with vendors on delivery as per Schedule, j) Taking final measurement and cirtyfing the invoice as per approval for payment, k) Follow up for payment with commercial, l) Co ordtinating with different vendors like, Interior / Electrical / AC / Flooring / Mall Mangement / Land Lord / Security / House keeping / Fire System vendor / Music System Vendor / Sprinkler Vendor / Gypsum & Grid ceiling vendor / Signage vendor / Wooden flooring / Gerfloor vendor j) Maintenance of the existing store / Office / DC etc.
