The blade spine is iori-mune, the edge is without Niku, ideal for tameshigiri (cutting sharp blade). Dimensions: Nagasa (blade length): 758 mm (2.50 shaku) Sori (from kissaki to habaki): ca. 20 mm (Thickness): ca. 7 mm (near Habaki) Saki-Haba: 22,5 mm. Moto-Haba: 32 mm. Balance point (measured from Habaki): ca.11 cm. Kashira (Cap): Beautifully carved. carbon steel, oxidized, black color. Tsuka (Grip): Wood grip, adapted to the tongue. Length 30 cm. Tsuka-ito (handle wrap): Pure silk. Tight. Samé: Real white ray skin. 2 Menuki: Brass, hand-polished, gold-plated. One each side, traditional mounting of Menuki. Habaki: Brass color. Made in 1 piece.
