looking for skilled .net architect with overall 7 - 10 years of IT
experience with excellent communication skills to handle native English
speaking clients. Ideal candidates would display practical experience in OOA
and OOD. Asp.net, JavaScript, flow based layouts, SCSF, and Windows
programming is required. Knowledge of RDBS concepts is required. Work with
the UI team, middle tier group and database group by providing design
assistance. You will be working on best technologies such as OLAP simulation
projects, SCSF, .NET 3.5, Mobile product development (PocketPC), Mapping
related product development and telecommunication product development. 5%
travel anywhere in the world. Manage a team of 6 developers and handle Proof
of concepts. Attend seminars and work closely with R&D team. Candidates with
attention to details and passion to develop software products which surpass
industry standards are appreciated and suitably awarded in our company. Good
oral and written communication in English. We offer a casual work
environment with flexible hours.
1. Well versed with .Net programming in C#. Should be experienced to
take a project from requirements gathering, design, through UI development,
through DB design and final delivery of the project. Windows forms /Asp .net
application development preferred
2. Would be expected to designs and draft specification to aid
developers craft web and Windows applications. Expert level knowledge in
Microsoft Sync services, SCSF and application of various design patterns. *
3. Ability to prototype, refine, system test, performance test, and
debug applications
4. Strong knowledge and practical experience with XML, HTML, DHTML,
SQL, XSLT, ADO, ASP/ASP.NET , AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, Schema
Design, Relational data modeling.
5. Strong Source control software experience (SVN, Ankh, Tortoise SVN)
and agile programming methodology.
6. Craft n-tier, component based, loosely coupled, asynchronous
applications.
7. Should be well versed in Design patterns.
8. Candidate would display a natural flair for problem solving, deep
understanding of .Net and be willing to work with customers and team
members.
