Any person between 26 years and 65 years of age who is diagnosed with diabetes mellitus type II is eligible.
All Applicants will have to undergo a pre acceptance medical screening at a company nominated centre.
The insurance is available for sums of Rs 50,000 , Rs 1 lac, Rs. 2 lac, Rs. 3 lac, Rs.4 lac and Rs. 5 lac.
Premium depends upon the age of the person and the sum insured.
